Reserve Space

Use the form below to request space in the Mosaic Center.  To minimize the information and clarification needed for your request, please read the following guidelines prior to filling out the form:

  • This form must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date requested;
  • The space can only be requested for two hours per reservation;
  • The space can be requested from the same organization/person/purpose every two weeks (i.e., your organization cannot have the space weekly);
  • You must be a current MSU student organization, faculty, or staff person to reserve the space;
  • Prior to using the space, you must meet with a Mosaic staff member;
  • The space can only be reserved when the Center is open – to verify hours, please check our About Mosaic page

Student organizations are given preference for the space.  Decisions about space in the Mosaic Center will be delivered via e-mail.  If you have questions about the form, call us at 517-432-7153.

i.e., 9/12/12. List all the dates if scheduling for a regular meeting. Please keep in mind that you can only request the space for the same organization/purpose every two weeks.

i.e., 11 AM. This should also include your set-up time.

For instance, what will be happening at the event? What activities will be going on?

If you are requesting the multipurpose room, it is your responsibility to set-up the room prior to the event and return it to its original state after the event.

If YES, it is your responsibility to provide your own laptop (and adapter) to use with the AV set-up in room.

Please be aware of the MSU Union food policy.
