Women and Gender Equity

Women and Gender Equity (WAGE) focuses on education initiatives that advance women and gender equity, inclusivity, and leadership for social change and connection through intersectional, feminist, and men and masculinities initiatives.  

Broaden existing educational stakeholders, WAGE focuses on transforming the intellectual, leadership, and entrepreneurial habits of students by instilling ethics and the arts into curricular and cocurricular experiences—signature program: Women in Leadership Development.
