Reserve A Room

The MOSAIC Center for Education and Outreach is located on the north side of MSU's campus, on the second floor the Student Union. Students, Registered Student Organizations (RSOs), faculty and staff are welcome to reserve work space for their team or organization. Reservations can be made through the 25Live platform. 

Room Reservations

  • Multi-Purpose Room
    Our multi-purpose room holds up to 80 people. The smart room includes includes a video projector connected to a campus computer and screen, a wall of mirrors, and multiple sets of tables and chairs.
       
  • Reservation Policies
    • Checking Availability: Use 25Live MSU to check for room availability before submitting a request.
    • Costs: Typically free for RSOs.
    • Food Policy: Food is allowed, but must be indicated in the event request; cleanup fees may apply.
    • Timing: RSOs may reserve one free time frame every seven days.
    • Cancellations: If a booked space is no longer needed, it must be canceled.
