Reserve A Room

Mosaic: The Multicultural Unity Center is located on the north side of MSU's campus, on the second floor the Student Union. Students, Registered Student Organizations (RSOs), faculty and staff are welcome to reserve work space for their team or organization. To do so:

• Multi-Purpose Room
  Our multi-purpose room holds up to 80 people. The smart room includes includes a video projector connected to a campus computer and screen, a wall of mirrors, and multiple sets of tables and chairs.

     
• Conference Room
  Our conference room is ideal for a group of 8-12. The room has two monitors at either end of the room, able to be connect to a laptop. The room also includes a white board, natural light and a beautiful view of Beaumont tower through its wall of windows.

  
• Open Work Area
  Situated between the Multi-Purpose room and Conference Room, our Work Area holds space for up to 20 people. It is the ideal space for group study. The open space is flanked by white board walls on either side.
